When Sending Costumes. Please can we remind everyone, when sending in or returning costumes, it is in your interest to send them by Royal Mail ' Special Delivery '. This method is a little dearer but the parcel is tracked and insured. ' Recorded Delivery is tracked but only insured up to £30 and 'Standard Parcels' are not tracked, take a lot longer and have no insurance unless asked for also the post office do not declare a parcel lost untill after 2 weeks.

We recently had a couple of parcels sent to us by 'Standard Parcels' and they had values of £800.00 and £600.00 which had they have been lost would have been the responsibility of the sender ! We haven't had a lost parcel in 5 years using the 'Special Delivery', please help make sure we keep it that way.

Tip ! When sending outfits, if you go to the Post Office they will supply 'Free of Charge' strong plastic pouches for 'Special Delivery' items which will take 1 or 2 outfits safely, better than parcel wrap.

Please Note :
We do not accept Used 'Beginner' wear for selling on the site or in the Shop so please do not send Used Leotards or Jazz Pants/Tops. Also due to the tremendous support we are getting from everyone we, with regret, must become a little more selective in the type of costumes we are accepting for sale. We cannot now accept any 'Homemade' costumes or any costumes of a considerable age such as worn out or well out of fashion designs.
